and if they are good enough to go on the site
we'll get some free stickers or give you a discount off future orders.
Win a Board 4 Life
T-Shirt or Beanie We
thought that we would design a competition that would reward are most loyal
customers. In fact it's not even a competition, it's a giveaway! All you have to
do is send us three of our flyers or clothing tags along with your address and
t-shirt size. We will then send you back either a t-shirt or beanie, depending
on our current stock. The catch? Well one tint one which is that at least two of
the flyers must be different, that's just to stop you mugging us if you see us
handing out a load anywhere! So get collecting. (Please
note: only one entry per household)
British
Ski + Board Show Birmingham NEC - Closes 28th October
This
year’s show at Birmingham’s NEC will run Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th November
2007 and to celebrate we have even more tickets to give away!
The
show will have brand new features that will entertain and excite everyone from
novice skiers to die-hard snow sports enthusiasts. With a line-up that includes
a ski slope, equipment clinics, expert talks and an ice rink, there’s no
better place than the UK’s best winter sports exhibition to start your ski and
snowboard season.
For
the first time, enthusiastic visitors to this year’s British Ski + Board Show
will have the chance to try out the thrills of a winter sport on the John Nike
Leisuresport teaching slope. Taking centre stage at this year’s event, the
slope will give visitors the opportunity to learn how to ski or snowboard as
well as watching thrilling demonstrations and competitions.
A
wide selection of retailers will also be at the show selling top brand names and
the hottest gear for the 2007/8 season. Once you’ve treated yourself to some
new clothing or equipment, many of the world top resorts will be represented at
The British Ski + Board Show, giving you endless options for where to holiday
this season.
The
British Ski + Board Show at the NEC in Birmingham will take place from Friday
2nd to Sunday 4th November 2007. Admission will be £11 for adults and £2 for
children/concession, £8.50 for students.

Metro Ski and Snowboard Show

Runs from 24th-28th October 2007 Olympia, London and we have
tickets to give away!
You don’t have to be a winter sports fanatic or a regular on the slopes to enjoy a memorable and exciting day out at the Metro Ski and Snowboard Show – now in its 34th year.
This year, the show is an all-singing all-dancing interactive experience; combining both regular favourites such as the teaching slope and the World Resorts Village with eight all-new features, including London’s first ice rink of the season and a music venue the ‘gigloo’.
Whether it’s watching a fashion show, learning how to land a jump, doing some shopping or simply sitting back with a drink and soaking up the Alpine atmosphere, there’s something for everyone.
Snow Sports
If you’re looking for some hands on experience, beginners and enthusiasts alike have an opportunity to try their hand at snow sports. An experienced team of experts is ready to guide beginners on the purpose built teaching slope and all new ice rink.
For those seeking more adrenalin fuelled activities, why not take a look at the pros on the Trespass Quarter Pipe or Burton Rail Jam brought to you by Land Rover. Whilst you’re there, you can even scale an ice face on our Crystal ice climbing wall.
Fashion
For the style fashionistas amongst you, head straight to the Brand Arena, where practical apparel meets high fashion, with iconic brands such as Oakley, Salomon, Nike ACG and Burton launching their winter collections. With a highly charged visually explosive fashion show, you’re guaranteed to find an outfit and equipment to set you apart from the crowds on the slopes this winter.
Entertainment
If being out on the slopes all day gives you a touch of frostbite, then head to one of our four entertainment areas to warm yourself up.
For those who love their music as much as their ski holidays, the Gigloo is a must! For the first time ever, we will be hosting a series of exclusive live gigs from a unique ‘igloo’ venue, in conjunction with XFM.
If you’re still in need of some entertaining, a visit to the Image Gallery and all-new Dare2b Video Wall area is a must. View a selection of winter imagery captured by the general public -from ultimate wipe-outs to sunsets on the slopes. In fact, why not submit your own snaps and videos on

World Resorts Village
If you’re craving a taste of something a little continental, experience fine cuisine from across the world, without having to leave the building, in our World Resorts Village. Mouth watering delights from countries such as France, Austria, Italy and Japan will be sure to satisfy even the finest of palates as well as holiday packages to suit every possible need – shop around for your perfect ski holiday and get the best deals out there.

If it’s a cold beer and a bar with a view you’re after, head to the stunning new roof terrace bar, where you can relax and unwind with views of the slopes and the Quarter Pipe below.

The
start of the snow season is officially here, with the British Ski + Board Show
set to make a spectacular return to Manchester.
This
year’s show at Manchester Central (formerly GMEX) will run for two days on 6th
and 7th October, and to celebrate we have 2 pairs of tickets to give away. The
show will have brand new features that will entertain and excite everyone from
novice skiers to die-hard snow sports enthusiasts.
With
a line-up that includes a quarter pipe, equipment clinics, expert talks and an
ice rink, there’s no better place than the UK’s best winter sports
exhibition to start your ski and snowboard season.The
quarter pipe will take centre stage at this year’s show, entertaining visitors
with exciting displays from some of the UK’s most exciting talent. Manchester
will also host the first ever ‘Do your boots hurt?’ clinic where a team of
technicians will be on hand to prepare you and your equipment for the upcoming
season.

Board 4 Life have joined forces with The METRO
Ski and Snowboard Show to offer six lucky riders the chance to win a pair of
tickets to the show this year. Running for its 34th year from 18th
– 22nd October 2006 at London’s Grand Hall Olympia, the METRO
Ski and Snowboard Show features more live action than ever before, catering
for all aspects of winter sports.
From checking out the top boarders and skiers
whilst listening to XFM DJs playing the latest music in the Boardroom, to
scaling the Crystal Ice Climbing Wall for the perfect view of the World Resorts
Village, you can get the low-down on everything snow related. The old favourites
are all present and correct alongside the Dare2Be Teaching Slope where you can
learn to board like a pro. There is also a crèche to look after the kids while
you enjoy the delights of the Men’s Health and Zest Fitness Zone and Board Art
Gallery or see what you really must wear this season at the Brand Showcase and
Fashion Show.
Topping this year’s bill will be the awe
inspiring Trespass Quarter Pipe. A new addition to the show, this will see the
worlds’ best alongside precocious newcomers dropping 20ft into an unforgiving
pipe to perform gravity defying twists, turns and ten – eighty’s.
