Paying by Credit or Debit Card
We use Paypal to take all of our credit and debit card payments. Paypal's service is well recognised by those of you who use e-bay. If you have never encountered it before you can rest assured that it is totally secure, feel free to visit www.paypal.com to find out more information. Simply add the items you want to buy to the basket and then proceed to the checkout when you are all done. You now no longer need to even sign up to a Paypal account, you can make one off payments using your credit or debit card. If you have any queries about this service feel free to mail us.

Any queries about the delivery time or payment method once you have made an order should be directed to Spreadshirt, the address of which is www.spreadshirt.co.uk your order will be handled in a separate shopping basket and despatched separately from any items you may have ordered directly through our website. Paying by Cheque
To pay by cheque, just click on the image below to open up a order form ready for printing. Cheques should be made payable to Board 4 Life Limited.

Orders will reach you within 14 days, if for any reason an order is likely to take longer than this then we will contact you. Most of our orders are dispatched within 5 working days. Should you wish to return an item then please contact us within 7 days, we will accept returns no questions asked as long as the garment is in the same condition as when sent to you. If there is a valid problem with an item we'll refund you postage. All our UK orders are sent via the Royal Mail. This means you will need to sign for your order on delivery. If you are not in the item will be held at you local sorting office for at least a week, you can collect it there or arrange for redelivery by the Royal Mail. We send despatch notification e-mails once an order has been sent. If we have have mailed you and you have not taken delivery within 3 working days please contact your local sorting office to see if delivery has been attempted but the postman has forgotten to leave a delivery card (it does happen!).
Please remember to include postage and packing with your order. All goods are sent through the Royal Mail, the service used will depend on the order. All UK orders will be sent first class The costs for P&P to UK addresses is listed below.
For orders and up to and including £20.00 our P&P is £2.50
For orders over £20.00 it is £3.50
If you pay through our website Paypal the P&P cost of your order will be automatically calculated when you place the order

We offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not happy with what you receive just contact us within 7 days of receipt. If you require a different size we will send out a new item (once we have received the original one back) without any postage cost. We obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning any items, this will allow you to claim if the item is lost in the post when returning it.

We are happy to deliver internationally (all orders are sent Royal Mail Airmail) but please be aware that we do usually need to make anadditional charge for delivery. These are detailed below. If you do not make this additional payment
then the delivery of your order may be delayed while we arrange with you for the additional payment.
